Welcome to Padlr. By accessing our website, booking a court, enrolling in coaching sessions, participating in events, or using any of our facilities or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Bookings

• All court bookings are subject to availability.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment or as otherwise specified by Padlr.

• Players are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled booking.

• Court time includes warm-up and play. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

• Padlr reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to maintenance, weather conditions, tournaments, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

• All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Payments made through our website or booking platform are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made within the permitted cancellation window may be eligible for a refund or booking credit, subject to Padlr's cancellation policy.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations unless otherwise approved by Padlr.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Coaching Sessions

• Coaching schedules are subject to coach availability.

• Missed coaching sessions may not be rescheduled unless approved by the coaching staff.

• Padlr reserves the right to substitute coaches when necessary.

6. Code of Conduct

All players and visitors are expected to:

• Treat fellow players, coaches, staff, and visitors with respect.

• Maintain appropriate sportsmanship at all times.

• Wear suitable sports attire and non-marking court shoes.

• Use the courts and equipment responsibly.

• Follow all instructions issued by Padlr staff.

Padlr reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual engaging in unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Health & Safety

Players participate at their own risk.

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in sporting activities. Padlr shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.

Players should immediately report any injury or unsafe condition to our staff.

8. Personal Belongings

Padlr is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

9. Equipment

Players are responsible for any equipment rented or borrowed from Padlr.

Any damage caused due to misuse or negligence may be charged to the player.

10. Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may occasionally be captured during coaching sessions, tournaments, and club events for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify our staff in writing before participating.

11. Memberships & Packages

Memberships, coaching packages, and promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Benefits, pricing, and validity periods may be revised by Padlr from time to time.

12. Website Usage

The content, branding, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials available on this website are the intellectual property of Padlr unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

13. Privacy
